Tosçelik Policy on Addressing Feedbacks is based on its "Customer Focus" basic principle.

To ensure continuous customer satisfaction through a quality understanding to meet our customers' needs and expectations is our basic principle. Along these lines all feedbacks from our customers are perceived as an opportunity for improvement and development and are addressed in an effective and productive manner.

Tosçelik evaluates whether the customers conditions are met and addresses the feedbacks in a solution oriented and objective manner. In order to ensure that, Tosçelik applies all requirements of the ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction Quality Management system.
